Before you begin
Make sure the user has:
- An active Valora Cloud account.
- Access to the correct workspace or tenant.
- A valid sign-in method.
First support checks
- Confirm the affected email or username.
- Confirm whether the issue is login, permissions, or data visibility.
- Collect timestamp, screenshots, and the affected workflow.
- Collect the request ID when the issue involves API or backend operations.
