Use this page when a user needs to become operational quickly.

Before you begin

Make sure the user has:

  • An active Valora Cloud account.
  • Access to the correct workspace or tenant.
  • A valid sign-in method.

First support checks

  1. Confirm the affected email or username.
  2. Confirm whether the issue is login, permissions, or data visibility.
  3. Collect timestamp, screenshots, and the affected workflow.
  4. Collect the request ID when the issue involves API or backend operations.
